The rooms here are spacious and filled with natural light, offering lovely views of the harbor. The staff is well organized and really sharp. This venue is conveniently located near shopping malls and delicious restaurants 😊.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hong Kong. The location couldn't have been better as it was right next to the MTR station, making it super convenient for transportation. Additionally, there were plenty of eateries nearby, allowing me to explore a variety of dining options. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Nothing at all.

The location is excellent, near to subway station.
Poor service of front desk staff, not smiling. The lobby is always full of people.

1. Location eases my trip plan every where 2. Surrounding areas are alive for almost 24 hours 3. Staff know what most customers want them to do
1. Room is too small 2. Staff servicing customers so fast which makes it seems they are not friendly 3. Just 15 meters from the hotel, there are bunch of people from certain countries who gathering there for almost 24 hours every day, and some of them try to make a living by selling many things from cheap rooms to fake watches. Although so far no bad experience, but it just lessens the good impression of staying at Imperial.

Great location, walking distance to markets and ferries to Central district and Causeway Bay. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Paul. Room was changed promptly due to mold and smell issue. Comfortable beds in the new room. Good access to MTR stations and tourist attractions.
Felt like a home away from home, with nothing too much trouble.

The location is very strategic near to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui exit gate E. Close to Avanue Star so within by walking distance we can see the Sympony of Light.
Lack of facilities. Tea, coffee will be provided but sugar is not provided. Relatively narrow room, so at night we could hear snoring from the next room. And at night, perhaps the area can be dangerous, because a lot of collection of black people, do not know what they want to do.

Great location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just across from iSquare. Restaurants, bars, and attractions are all nearby. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Despite a minor issue with the A/C, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and decent amenities.

It is very convenient. You will be able to find all your needs in the vicinity.
There is an odour smell in the room.

Excellent location near the sea and museums. Good and inexpensive buffet breakfast.
A lot of time is needed for any operations with reception staff and money (like purchasing breakfast tickets). The hotel is freezing money on a credit card, then cancelling this and taking money once more - a lot of worry.
